media_camera Rob Chalmers, who went by the name The Wolf Of Wall Street, died in crash at his home on Monday.
Chalmers was shot in the head outside his North Sydney home on October 8. The 22-year-old from Ballybroom in the Sydney suburb was pronounced dead three days later at Westmead Hospital in Sydney.
He was also in critical condition at the Westmead Hospital in 2012 when he died from multiple gun shot wounds to the head.
The incident was one of the few fatal events in a series of high profile robberies at the time of Chalmers death.

His sister-in-law Katie Chalmers was charged with five counts of murder following the shooting outside their home in August 2010. The three women were also charged with his murder.
Chalmers was also found not guilty of two counts of attempted murder charges by NSW Supreme Court on June 27 this year, and in September was acquitted of three counts of murder.
